What is ALIGN?

ALIGN, in partnership with the Las Vegas Raiders, is an intentional, cohort-based learning community that supports emerging nonprofit leaders in advancing sustainable, transformative change within the communities they serve. Grounded in a holistic approach, ALIGN is built to activate generational health, strengthen relational leadership, and support strategic legacy design.

Who Should Apply?

  • Early- to mid-career nonprofit leaders with 5+ years cumulative experience in the sector.

  • Nonprofit leaders with 3+ years in decision-making roles e.g. Program/Department Directors and Managers, Executive/Deputy Directors, Senior Program Officers, Grassroots Organizers, Founders/Co-Founders.
  • Nonprofit leaders employed full-time at a Nevada-based nonprofit and intend to remain with their organization for the next 2-3 years.
  • Nonprofit leaders serving communities they are deeply connected to through identity, lived experience, and/or geography.
  • Nonprofit leaders committed to addressing the needs of historically underserved populations—such as low-income individuals, people of color, youth, and residents of rural areas.
What You'll Gain
